Lands's End Airport

Land's End Airport....the grass is the runway; the aircraft is a seven seater Islander...our transport to the Isles of Scilly, approximately 28 miles south west from Land's End and a 15 min fun fair ride. We plan to fly to the main island of St Mary's and to visit Tresco, another of the larger islands by boat. The photographs from Tresco will be posted separately. There are approximately 56 islands and are part of the Duchy of Cornwall owned by Prince Charles. Scilly is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a Heritage Coast and the waters, a Marine Park.
